Lootmaar offers its users an exclusive service to make their transactions easier, especially for inter-city transactions. CoP is a service by which the courier can pick up the item from the seller and deliver it to a location which is close to the buyer. The buyer can then collect the item from the designated location and pay cash on pickup.
CoP is offered only on case-by-case basis.
To intiate the process the seller should email Lootmaar on operator@lootmaar.com along with the following details:
- Item ID
- Amount to be charged from the buyer (Usually seling price + shipping cost)
- Pick-up address of the seller
- Delivery adress of the buyer
- Preferred method of payment (Amaana, UBL Orion, or Cheque)
- Preferred times for item pickup
Following are the details on how the CoP process works:
- Lootmaar reviews the request and if it can offer the CoP process then it sends the notifcation to the courier company.
- The courier picks up the item from the seller and also collects the delivery cost as specified in the CoP Cost table below.
- The courier delivers the item to a courier office closest to the buyer.
- The buyer is informed of the arrival of the package, where upon he or she can pick up the item and make the full payment (item and delivery cost).
- The money is then credited to the sellers Lootmaar account, after deducting the applicable commission and charges. Payment is made to the seller according to the disbursement method specified by the seller. Please note that additional charges may apply, depending upon the chosen method of payment. Payment schedule and disbursement charges are shown below.

Please Note:
- The item will be kept at courier office for a maximum of three working days, after which it will be returned to seller.
- If the item costs greater than Rs. 10,000, then only a money order in favour of Lootmar will be accepted.
- The seller pays the delivery cost to the courier at the time of pickup.
- The seller is responsible for packing the item in a suitable carton or envelope.
- The buyer should collect the item in a timely manner, as failure to collect may result in removal from Lootmaar.
- If the item is not collected or is rejected by the buyer, then it will be returned to the seller.
- Terms and conditions of the Courier service, as specified in the receipt will apply.
- The seller should acknowledge that the amount of the transaction will be transferred after deducting the Lootmaar commission and the applicable disbursement charges specified above.
- Special care will be taken to ensure successful delivery of the package, however, neither the courier company nor Lootmaar will be liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
